Cappoquin Own Door Space
Located in the heart of this thriving community you will find Blackwater House. This stunning, reimagined space (due to be completed September 2022) is the first of 4 buildings adjoining the town square being refurbished and converted to modern residential and commercial units. The famous Barron’s Bakery/Cafe and Market House Co-operative are also all within a stone’s throw of this fabulous own door space.
For your lunchtime and afterwork activities there is so much to become part of – Cappoquin is rich in sporting history, rowing, fishing, boating, with many beautiful walking and cycling trails. It is surrounded by fertile fields, forest walks and nature on all sides with the Glenshelane and Blackwater rivers running through it. The Knockmealdown mountains and St. Declan’s Way Trail are on your doorstep as well as several private gardens which are members of the Waterford Garden Trail. Cappoquin Community Centre incorporates a 600 seater theatre and has hosted live shows such as Christy Moore, Nathan Carter, Tommy Tiernan, Mario Rosenstock and many more while having a well-equipped gym, creche and training facility all under the one roof!
The possibilities of being part of this community will give your work a new dimension as you become immersed in these wonderful environs.
