Lismore Business Park CLG was established in 2002, and as a company aims to attract and retain investment into the town of Lismore, and create employment opportunities within the town and surrounding areas. It has been responsible for the development of a modern business park, including office space and industrial units, now employing 50 people in Lismore. In addition the Business Park had an important role in attracting TQS, a global and internationally renowned IT provider employing a further 60 staff to locate in Lismore.
Lismore Business Park CLG has 5 directors, all of whom are voluntary. The Company Directors have extensive experience in developing and leasing relevant and valuable enterprise space, stimulating job creation and growth in the town of Lismore.
The Lismore Business Park Offices green-field construction of the 316sqm building is part of a collective project being undertaken by the Blackwater Valley Economic Development Zone (BVEDZ) group, of which Lismore Business Park CLG is a member. With ABN Multidisciplinary Architects (www.abn-consultants.ie) on board and with financial assistance from Waterford Leader Partnership and the Tomar Trust, the construction is expected to be completed by September 2022.
